My year of travels got off to the best start in Toronto, Canada last week visiting my sister, bro-in-law, nieces, and nephew! Mom went with me and we all had a sweet time together. The weather was mild for Canadians, but still cold for this wimpy California boy. Not much snow on the ground. Alyssa and Ashlyn were sad they could not take me to "the drop-off" for sledding. Uncle Didi had fun playing and laughing with Alyssa, playing house with Ashlyn, and playing trucks with Aidan. Always a blessing to be with Donja and Tim and the kids. Sweet times and wonderful memories! I did my winter time, before I hit summer in the southern hemisphere!

I tried to get David on skates, but he "claimed" he better take care of "hiself" more creatively and cautiously.
